About Schnoogums
Meet Schnoogums! Schnoogums is a loving, affectionate, and chatty girl who adores being around people. She'll happily flop beside you for pats, enjoy lap time, and keep you company with lots of chatty conversations.
She prefers affection on her terms and isn't a fan of being picked up, so she'll thrive in a home that respects her independence.
She would suit a home with adults or older, cat-savvy kids who understand her boundaries, and she can live with other cats if given space and respectful introductions.
With a little understanding and time, Schnoogums will show you just how special she is, and will add plenty of personality to her new home!
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
