About Luke
Luke is a 4-month-old Border Collie mix with a beautiful black coat and a big, bright personality! This clever boy is full of energy and loves learning. He is already enjoying his training and picking up new tricks, and will need a home committed to continuing it.
He has just started going on walks and is learning his lead manners, improving every day. Being an active pup, Luke will thrive in a home that can keep him busy with exercise, training, and enrichment.
Luke is currently living with dog-savvy kids, but due to his puppy enthusiasm and jumping, we recommend kids 5 and over. He has not been tested with pocket pets, and like many herding breed mixes, he does show some natural herding traits.
Luke has a small overbite, which the vet is happy with and is not causing him any problems. It may never require any treatment, but there is a small possibility he could need minor dental work as he grows.

Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
