About Rascal (68525)
Rascal is a fun-loving little spunk who is looking for a home committed to guiding him through his teenage phase and helping him grow into a well-rounded adult dog.
He came to GAWS as he was a bit too much for very young children, but we feel he could still do well in a home with older kids who understand dog boundaries and can help guide his energy into positive interactions.
Rascal may suit living with a well-matched second dog. He has no known history with cats, but with slow and appropriate introductions, he may be able to learn to live alongside a feline companion.
He would greatly benefit from some continued training, particularly around lead skills and basic manners. Daily exercise and mental enrichment will be essential to keep his busy mind happy and satisfied.
Rascal may need some guidance when it comes to indoor and outdoor living, as he hasn't had a lot of exposure to the wider world. With patience and positive experiences, he is sure to gain confidence and thrive in his new home.
