ABOUT
Valtellina (nickname Val) is a striking calico girl with a face split half ginger, half black and a sweet stripe down her nose. Her body carries a beautiful textured tortie-type pattern through her coat, with white feet completing the picture. Bottle-raised from two weeks old, she is sweet, confident and wonderfully comfortable with people.
She has a lovely playful side and a bit of an oddball charm about her. Happy to wrestle with her siblings, seek out a new cat friend for a wander, or entertain herself when the mood strikes, she moves between social and independent without missing a beat. She is affectionate and enjoys her cuddles, she just tends to choose her moment.
Val has always had a strong sense of what she wants and isn’t shy about letting you know. The most persistent and vocal of her litter, she has a funny, endearing determination about her. She can have a light rasp to her breathing at times, due to a touch of flu when she was tiny impacting her lungs. This is not flagged as a lasting concern and continues to improve over time.
Please note: As all our cats live in foster homes, a completed Meet & Greet application is required before we can arrange a visit.
