šHello! Are you looking for something sweet to start your day? My name is Apricot Jam, and just like my name suggests, Iām a sweet, golden-hearted boy who is ready to find his forever home.
š¾Life started out on the streets for me and my fur sibling Lemon Meringue. We were found in a backyard in Mulgrave where the kind neighbours were feeding us. As we had a constant source of food, we were found in healthy condition. We have been in foster care since we were seven weeks old and we are loving the house life!
š I love pats and head rubs, Iāll reward your kindness with a rumbly purr that you can hear from across the room. Playtime is my favourite pastime. Iām a curious explorer ā swing around a Kmart wand toy and I tap into my inner tiger hunting adventurer.
šIf you want to be my best friend, the secret is in the pantry! I am a true culinary enthusiast. I love my biscuits so much that I actually purr while I eat. Iām also a big fan of creamy treats and wet foodākeep the snacks coming and weāll be bonded for life.
š Iām a handsome apricot-coloured boy with classic good looks. As I am a shorthair, my coat will be easy to care for ā just a gentle weekly brush will keep me looking sleek and tidy. I also take great pride in my litterbox etiquette. I have a perfect record ā never missed the box once!
š As Iām still only small I would thrive in a calm home with adults or older children. I would love to be adopted with my fur-sister Lemon Meringue. I am also okay to go to a home that has a friendly resident cat. I am currently living with a resident cat in my foster home and I am obsessed with her.

Adoption details
We have a mandatory house inspection
Shortlisted adopters will be contacted to arrange a meet & greet with the animal. **Depending on our foster's availability
We do follow-ups throughout the life of the animal
In the event that you are unable to care for the animal anymore, you must contact us to seek verbal advice
Some animals will require mandatory enrollment to professional training/behaviorist - this will be noted on the animal's profile & adoption agreement, we will require proof of enrollment before we are able to complete the adoption process/transfer of ownership
