At 3 years old, this handsome Rottweiler x Mastiff is the definition of a gentle giant. Don't let his size fool you-Chad is a total softy who thrives on love, affection, and being close to his people. He's the kind of dog who'll happily lean into you for pats and then trot off with a toy when it's time for a bit of fun.

Chad is a well-mannered boy who already knows how to behave, and he's eager to keep learning with positive reinforcement and encouragement. He's got a lovely calm nature, but don't be surprised when his playful streak comes out-especially if there's a game of fetch involved (one of his absolute favourites!).

In terms of his ideal home, Chad would suit a family environment where he can be part of the action but still enjoy his downtime. Experience with large breeds would be a big plus, as he's a strong lad who will benefit from confident, consistent handling. While he's still figuring out how he feels about other dogs (he tends to prefer smaller ones and isn't overly confident), he may be happiest as the only dog for now, soaking up all the attention for himself.

He hasn't met cats yet, so any introductions should be done slowly and thoughtfully. Chad has moderate exercise needs-think daily walks, a bit of playtime, and some mental enrichment to keep that clever mind engaged.
