About Luna SUA014781
Luna is a stunning tortoiseshell lady with all the classic torti charm—independent, full of character, and absolutely unforgettable.
At first, Luna can be quite shy and timid in new environments or when meeting new people. She likes to take her time getting to know you, watching from a safe distance until she feels comfortable. But true to her torti nature, Luna will choose her person—and if you’re the chosen one, you’ll know it. The bond she forms is special, and very much on her terms.
Luna isn’t a fan of being picked up, but she does enjoy affection in her own way. When she’s in the mood, she’ll happily curl up on your lap for a cosy snooze—just don’t rush her, as everything with Luna happens when she decides it should.
She’s looking for a calm, quiet home where she can truly relax and rule as the queen she is. Luna would prefer to be the only pet in the household, with no other cats, dogs, or children competing for her space or attention.
For someone who understands and appreciates a typical torti with a strong personality and a gentle, selective affection, Luna will be a rewarding and loyal companion—on her terms, of course.

Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
