Hi, I’m Butters, a delightful young ginger boy! I am absolutely loving life, and the only thing that would make it perfect right now would be my very own home with my very own family.
I love my food, wet food morning and night, with biscuits available 24/7 in case I get a bit peckish. I also love sitting on the windowsill or up high in the cat tree, watching the world go by.

Pats and ear scritches are my idea of heaven, I just can’t get enough of them! And if you pat me on the bum, watch it shoot up into the air faster than Usain Bolt running the 100-metre sprint.

I am such a gentleman & already use my litter tray, so that’s a big tick for me.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I live with a crazy dog who I can hear, but I haven’t met paw-to-paw yet.

I haven’t met young children, but my foster mum thinks I may be okay with older kids.

I would be happy living with another kitty, with proper slow introductions, but I would also be perfectly fine as your one and only.

Likes / Dislikes
I love food, pats, ear scritches, and relaxing up high where I can keep an eye on everything. I enjoy attention and affection, and I’m always happy to soak up all the love you can give.

Like most cats, I can feel a bit overwhelmed in new environments and will need some time to settle in.

My PURR-fect home would be one where I get lots of love and attention. I’d be happy with another kitty companion, but I’d also do just fine on my own. An indoor home would be ideal for me, with the option of access to a secure, shaded cat run if possible.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

If you would like to apply to adopt Butters, please come and meet him at Petbarn Canning Vale this Saturday from 10am until 2pm. He will be ready to go home with the first suitable family!

Medical Notes: Butters was exposed to ringworm, a common fungal infection. He did not show any symptoms and has been given the all-clear by the vet.
