Meet Olive 🌿✨ Confident, expressive, and full of love “I’ve raised my own babies, now can I be yours?”
Olive is the beautiful Mumma behind six incredible kittens (Abby, Poppy, Paddy, Finn, Tommy, and Aiden, who are also available for adoption!), and now that her babies are ready to find their own forever homes, it’s finally Olive’s time to be the centre of attention. A rare dilute calico with a big personality and an even bigger heart, Olive is affectionate, expressive, and knows exactly what she wants from life: love, comfort, and her humans all to herself.

🌸 A Beautiful Mumma: Olive was a wonderful, dedicated Mumma but now that her babies are all grown up, Olive is ready for her own fur-ever home so she can be someone else’s baby! And what a beautiful fur-baby she is.
🗣️ Excellent Communicator: Olive is a real character and isn’t shy about expressing herself. She’s chatty, expressive, and loves interacting with her humans – she’s always let you know when it’s cuddle time, dinner time, or just time for attention.
🎨 Rare & Beautiful: Olive’s dilute calico colouring makes her extra special. She’s a stunning girl with soft, elegant markings and a presence that turns heads (and wins hearts).
💖 Affectionate Companion: Olive adores pats, brushing sessions, and quality lap time. She’s loving, cuddly, and enjoys being close to her favourite humans whenever possible.
🏠 Olive’s Perfect Match
· Single Cat Household: Olive is looking for a home where she can be the sole feline. While she enjoyed sharing her foster home with her kittens, she doesn’t enjoy competing with other adult cats for attention and would thrive as the centre of someone’s world.
· Comfort & Calm: A home with cozy spots, regular brushing, lap time, and plenty of love will make Olive very happy.
· Indoors Only: Olive will need to be strictly indoors only so she can stay safe, healthy, and pampered for the rest of her life.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
