Paddy is a stunning orange tabby with the gentlest soul you could imagine. He is the definition of sweet – calm, affectionate, and endlessly loving. Whether he’s curled up with his favourite human or snuggled in a kitten pile with his siblings, Paddy’s happiest place is wherever the cuddles are.

🧡 World-Class Cuddler: Paddy lives for affection. He is always on the lookout for a warm lap, a cozy spot beside you, or a gentle pat. He’ll happily settle in and purr his heart out, making him the perfect comfort companion.
☀️ Sunbeam Specialist: When he’s not cuddling, Paddy loves stretching out in sunny spots, soaking up the warmth and watching the world go by. A window with sunlight is basically paradise to him.
🐾 Gentle to the Core: Paddy is incredibly sweet-natured and kind. He’s calm, patient, and has a soothing presence that makes everyone around him feel relaxed.
🍽️ A True Ginger at Mealtime: True to his orange roots, Paddy is a big fan of food! Mealtime is a highlight of his day, and he approaches it with great enthusiasm and appreciation.

· Better Together: Paddy would love to be adopted with one of his siblings — Poppy, Abby, Aiden, Finn, or Tommy. If he’s not cuddling with his favourite human, you’ll usually find him snuggled up with one of them. 🐾🧡
· Lap-Loving Humans: A home that enjoys quiet cuddle time and gentle affection will be his dream come true. This little cuddle bug would love someone who’s home a lot!
· Sunny Spots & Regular Meals: Sunlit windows, comfy beds, and reliable meal times will keep this ginger boy very happy – like most orange cats, he’s sure to be big when he’s fully grown!
· Friendly with Cats: Paddy has happily shared her foster house with other cats of all ages.
· Indoors Only: This ginger ninja will need to be indoors only, or a home with a secure catio.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
