About Buddy
BUDDY was surrendered to the shelter due to no fault of his own. BUDDY is taking some time adjusting to the shelter as he is not use to being alone however he is improving day by day. BUDDY has a quiet nature with a lot of love to give, BUDDY seeks companionship and enjoys company.
BUDDY is a very intelligent boy who walks well on a lead and knows a few commands, he will sit, shake, lay down and wait for his food on command. BUDDY would suit a home with someone who isn't gone for long periods of time so that he can be included in day-to-day life.
BUDDY appears to be dog social and has previously co-existed with another dog companion however a meet and greet will be required for any other dogs in the home. BUDDY has lived with cats in the past and co-exists nicely with felines. BUDDY does not do well with chickens.
BUDDY'S adoption fee is $430 which includes desexing, health check, vaccination, lifetime registration and worm and flea treatment.

Adoption details
Contact Port Macquarie Animal Shelter on 02 6583 3488 and express your interest in the animal, quoting the impound number. Please provide a brief outline of your home and we will endeavour to match animals appropriately. We prefer local adoptions or meet and greets but we allow interstate adoptions for certain animals. We do work alongside reliable road transporters if required.
