**************************************************************
Meet Chestnut, Meet Chestnut,a shy little black girl with a gentle soul. Our volunteers are working hard to help her build confidence, while the older colony cats are busy showing Chestnut that humans can be kind and safe.
Chestnut has been desexed and is now looking for a loving home where she can continue her journey from colony life to becoming a happy house cat. She has already mastered the important basics — using the litter tray, eating when food is served, and enjoying naps on a comfy bed.
We’re still working on sitting still when the phone comes out for photos, as that can be a little scary for her! With patience and understanding, she continues to make progress every day.
If you’re looking for a sweet black kitten and are willing to invest the time and love needed to help her grow in confidence, Chestnut will be a wonderful companion. The reward will be watching her blossom and seeing the incredible difference you can make over the coming weeks and months.
The other colony cats have all become super friendly, and we know Chestnut will adjust beautifully too.
