A chocolate and tan long-haired Pug girl, 2 years and 8 months old, with a big heart and an even bigger personality!
I’m basically a little ray of sunshine ☀️ — full of joy, love, and happy vibes. I wake up excited for life every single day and LOVE sharing that energy with everyone around me. Whether it’s cuddles, playtime, or just being your little shadow… I’m all in 🐾

2. Do you understand that Lush’ adoption fee to help covering part of her necessary medical costs, supporting other animals in out care and it is NON-NEGOTIABLE?

3. Could you provide a background check, including your address, the number of household members, ages, occupations, and homeownership status?
(Please kindly provide us some photos of your home with your backyard ect…)

4. Could you disclose any other animals currently residing with you, along with their personalities?

5. Do you have experience with this breed, or done a well research about it?

6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to give Lush the time needed to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Lush be left alone each day, and who will assume the responsibility for her during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Lush quality veterinary care and nutritious food?

9. Will Lush be considered as a family member, living indoor with outdoor access as she pleases? Please describe her proposed sleeping arrangements.

10. In case of a change in circumstances, will you reach out to us for assistance?

11. Could you please disclose your visa/residency status?
