Kitty is a sweet but independent boy who likes affection on his own terms. He enjoys a gentle head scratch and a bit of fuss, but he’ll always let you know when he’s had enough and needs his space. While he isn’t a traditional lap cat, he loves being around his people—happily doing his own thing nearby and coming over for attention when it suits him. As an older gentleman, Kitty really enjoys his days of quiet and peace, soaking up a calm environment where he can relax and unwind. He is looking for the perfect home to which he can live out his senior years, unphased and unbothered! 😴

He has a playful side and will occasionally bat a ball around, though he’s generally quite relaxed and content entertaining himself. Kitty’s best qualities are his affectionate nature, his calm presence, and how he strikes a lovely balance between being social and independent—he’s perfectly fine being left alone for short periods but is always happy to see you return. He can be a little moody at times, switching from loving to “all done” fairly quickly, and will let you know just a swipe, but never with ill intent. With someone patient and understanding of his boundaries in his older age, Kitty will thrive in a peaceful home where he can receive love and attention while also being respected when he needs space. 💗
