Ziggy is a handsome 1-year-old Kelpie boy who absolutely adores his people—and will happily sneak in pats whenever he can!

💛 His Perfect Home
Ziggy is looking for someone who wants a true best buddy to include in daily life. He’ll thrive in a home that offers routine, gentle boundaries, regular exercise, and plenty of pats and belly rubs. He enjoys the company of other dogs and has made great friends at doggie day care.

🐶 About Ziggy
Since coming into care, Ziggy has shown just how affectionate he is. He melts into pats, often closing his eyes and soaking up the love—and if given the chance, he’ll climb right into your lap for extra cuddles!
He has settled in beautifully, gets along well with other dogs, and hasn’t shown any destructive behaviours. When left alone, Ziggy is calm and patient, happily waiting for your return before greeting you with wagging tails and big smiles.
Ziggy would make a loyal companion and a gentle protector, alerting you to anything unusual while still being a relaxed and loving presence at home.

🎓 Training & Needs
Ziggy already has a great foundation—he can sit, shake, is toilet trained, and sleeps quietly in his crate overnight. He’s currently learning to walk nicely on lead and can get a bit excited when he sees other dogs, so he’ll benefit from continued training and guidance.

While he’s not overly high-energy, Ziggy will need regular exercise, mental stimulation, and ongoing training to help him thrive.
