Jackson is a remarkable dog with boundless energy and an affectionate heart.
House trained and if no doggy door he cleverly communicates his outdoor needs by bringing you his lead—a surefire sign of his intelligence and eagerness to please.

Jackson loves car rides, especially with his head in the wind, as he takes in the world around him. On walks, he may pull a little out of excitement, but sporting a comfy kid's t-shirt under his harness does the trick to prevent chafing.

Once he's had a lively outing or a playful run, Jackson is happy to curl up next to you for a nap and loves snuggling under a blanket for some cozy downtime. Although he hasn't found an indestructible toy just yet, he enjoys the few moments with every new toy :)

Jackson is very social and has shown great compatibility with other dogs, along with curiosity for feline friends. While his recall isn't perfect just yet, especially with distractions like butterflies or ocean waves, he's keen to play and communicate with whines and wagging tails when it comes to new four-legged friends.

As Jackson's exuberance may be too much for the very young and elderly, he is incredibly intelligent and picks up commands like sit, paw, and stay, which can be further honed with his strong food motivation.

Working together on personal space, jumping, and leash etiquette will strengthen your bond, creating endless moments of laughter and joy.
