About Samson
Hello, I’m Samson — a handsome little grey tabby with a soft meow, a gentle soul, and so much love to give.
I’m affectionate but independent, playful but relaxed, gentle yet full of personality. I’ll fill your home with quiet companionship, soft purrs, and the sweetest little moments (and maybe even a surprise somersault when I’m feeling playful!).
I’m a intelligent, easygoing boy who enjoys a good play session—especially with wand toys—but I’m not “on” all the time. I’m happiest lounging in a sunny spot or quietly keeping you company.
My foster family describes me as affectionate. I love being near humans—gently weaving through your legs, offering soft head bumps, and settling nearby just to be close. I’m also very content doing my own thing, making me a beautifully balanced companion.
I’m what you’d call a “quiet talker”—I’ll politely let you know when I’m hungry or would like some attention.
I would love a home with plenty of enrichment—sunny window perches, cosy places to nap, and scratching posts to keep me happy. A cat run attached to the house would be just perfect!
Because I was living on the streets for some time and left to fend for myself. I was beaten up by other cats. I’m now FIV-positive. This means I need a safe, indoor home where I can stay healthy and thrive.
FIV sounds scary, but in reality it's very manageable:
• Long, happy lives – Many FIV+ cats live 15+ years
• Species-specific – I can’t pass it to humans, dogs, or other animals
• Low maintenance – No daily meds, just good food and regular vet care
• Indoor lifestyle – Keeping me safely indoors helps protect my health.
Samson is ready for his forever home—or a caring foster home in the meantime.
