About PÉPÉ
🏡🌟🏡MEET - PÉPÉ: THE 10‑YEAR‑OLD WITH THE SPIRIT OF A FIVE‑YEAR‑OLD 🏡🌟🏡
Pépé is a super friendly, energetic, and affectionate 10‑year‑old pug who still has the spark and enthusiasm of a much younger dog. He’s charming, playful, and truly a magnificent little guy.
💛 ABOUT PÉPÉ
Every morning he'll greet his humans with a sweet little yowl “hello”, which is impossible not to smile at.
He’s clever and fun, he plays with toys, fetches and returns, comes when called, chooses his favourites, and even knows how to shake your hand.
Pépé sleeps through the night, uses the doggy door, and stays close when he’s out and about. He walks beautifully on a lead and absolutely loves a bath.
He has the energy and excitement of a five‑year‑old and loves being part of whatever you’re doing.
💛 HEALTH
Pépé requires ongoing eye ointment for glaucoma, which he handles well.
🏡 THE HOME PÉPÉ NEEDS
A loving home and family whereby he will be included in daily life, and one where there is plenty of engagement and play.
Pépé loves attention and thrives when he can soak it all up for himself. He’ll be happiest as an ONLY dog, where he doesn’t have to share his humans.
He’s great with children and would be a wonderful companion for a family with respectful kids.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our rescues, there are few things that need to take place that form part of the adoption process:
1. You will need to fill in an adoption form, which is located via our website https://www.pugpatrolrescueaustralia.com.au/pug-adoption-application/
2. If there is a rescue that is suited to you, you will receive a call from one of our foster carers and a phone interview will occur;
3. If mutually agreed, a meet and greet will be organised;
4. A home check will be undertaken
