Meet Harvey & Leo 😻 Bonded Best Friends 💙

These two young boys came into care recently after being found with their mum. Since moving indoors, they’ve absolutely thrived—learning that comfort, safety, and two (sometimes three) meals a day is the best way to live.

Harvey, the tabby boy, is the explorer of the two. He’s the most inquisitive and always the first to try new things, while Leo the black and white boy with the comically hairy ears, prefers to watch closely and follow once Harvey gives the all clear.

Their favourite routine is a daytime nap followed by an early evening burst of energy—wrestling, chasing, and pouncing on each other in turn. They also love sitting in their cat tower, watching the world go by. Their favourite toy is a long, snake-like wand that they’ll happily chase and grab until your arms give out.

They may take a little time to warm up to new people as they’re still figuring things out, but once they feel safe, they quickly show their affectionate side and will become cuddly members of your home.

When they first arrived, they met the resident cat and were very eager to play (perhaps a bit too eager for her liking). With a gentle and proper introduction, they would likely do well with other cats.

They would suit a home with no children under 8, as they can still be a little startled by sudden or loud movements. A calm, patient environment will help them continue to build confidence and truly thrive.

While they’re currently quite independent, they already enjoy head scratches and affectionate little head bumps when their carer comes in for playtime or meals.

These sweet boys have so much love to give and are now looking for their forever home—somewhere they can continue to grow in confidence, flourish, and share their bond with a family of their own.

The adoption fee is $450 as a pair. They have been desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and are microchipped.

They are in foster care in Hamilton, NSW.
