Hello, my name is Nigel!
I’m the sweetest little kitten you’ll ever meet, with a purr that sounds like a tiny engine when I
really get going. I love giving head-butts, love rubs and little nudges to show you just how much
love I have to give, and I have the tiniest little meow when I have something to say.
I can be a little shy and nervous at first, but that doesn’t mean I don’t love people. I just like to
keep my paws on the ground and be ready to play. I always make my way out to join in when
humans are around, and I absolutely adore all my toys. You’ll catch me doing zoomies under the
bed and racing laps around the house. I love picking up my tiny kitten toys and carrying them
around, pretending I’m a mighty warrior who’s just defeated the biggest beast. It’s all part of my
mantra to be braver every day.
That said, I’m braver than you might expect. I live with a few grown-up cats, some kittens, and
even dogs. While big, bold tomcats might run off, I’m not scared of them - I know they can be
friends. I especially adore my kitten siblings and would love to have another kitty companion in
my forever home.
Because I’m a bit shy, it feels extra special when I come to you for a pat. I don’t just dish out my
love to anyone - it’s earned, and when you get it, you know it’s real. Could we be the purr-fect
partnership?
If you like to meet me please email the rescue at fostersadoptslpr@gmail.com or pm the Silver Lining Pet Rescue Inc facebook page.

Adoption Process
Once you have decided you would like to meet or apply for one of our pets, we email out our Adoption Application. We ask that the Adoption Process be read and if comfortable with how we adopt, complete the application and email it back for processing. This takes approximately 5-7 days. If approved the pet will come for a 6 week trial for cats and 3 week trial for dogs . We believe it takes that long for a pet to settle. If all goes well during the trial and you wish to finalise the adoption we email all vet certificates and change of microchip forms. We believe in matching the right pet with the right home so your application does not guarantee an approval.
