About Shadow
Shadow is a loving, quiet, beautiful boy. He can be quite shy with new people but once he knows and trusts you, he is so lovely and smoochy.
He has the most stunning eyes. He's a bit of a heart throb!
He's a biscuit maker extraordinaire. He also gives lovely nose boops and kisses. He also likes to snuggle up with you in bed.
He came from a house with lots of cats, so he's used to having cat company. When it comes to humans he likes to have one or two humans he can bond with. He would prefer a quiet home and kids would probably freak him out a bit.
He doesn't mind being on his own, so if you'll be out at work for longer periods of time, Shadow won't mind having a snooze while he waits for you. And he'll come and have a snuggle once you're back.

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
