About Jake
Jake started his life in a garden, but has adjusted beautifully to indoor life. From the moment he came into his foster home he was like "I assume all this is mine now".
He's a happy-go-lucky little kitten who likes playing with his toys and exploring the house. He loves getting a pat and if you haven't been paying enough attention to him, he'll come up and stretch himself up to tap your leg to say "Hey, I'm here and needing a pat!" He's very happy to be scooped up by the people he knows to be given a pat too, provided he's not in play mode.
He's not at all picky with food and will hoover up most things. He particularly likes stealing the food out of the big cat's bowls in his foster home.
He's a happy confident little guy and he's be fine in pretty much any home.

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via

2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
