Meet Athena, the young mum who gave her whole heart to raising eight healthy, joyful pups... only to be abandoned at a regional pound with her babies in tow. She's barely out of puppyhood herself, yet she's already survived more upheaval than most dogs ever should.
Athena is bewildered but resilient, vulnerable but brave. You can see it in her deep brown eyes - sad, hopeful, searching for the person who will finally choose her.

Enquiries sent through PetRescue will NOT be answered. Please follow the process below
1) Please note the name of the animal you're interested in
2) Visit the RSPCA Queensland adoption site at www.rspcaqld.org.au/adopt
3) Search for the animal either by type or location
4) View the animal's profile, and click the link to submit an application
5) RSPCA staff will contact you to inform you about the outcome of your application and to talk through the next steps if your application is successful!
