Meet Peppa, the petite princess with a larger-than-life personality! Weighing in at just 2-3 kg, this Terrier Cross, likely with a hint of Chihuahua, is seeking a loving home where she can enjoy her golden years in style. At nine years young, Peppa is as lively and spunky as ever, with her birthday set to turn ten fast approaching on 26th December 2026.
Peppa is a delightful combination of sweetness and sass. She is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and wormed, and she is comfortable around cats, though she prefers the companionship of toy-sized canines. Bigger dogs tend to intimidate her, so a home with other small dogs, or no dogs at all, would suit her well. She has a friendly disposition with children but would truly thrive in a quieter, child-free household where she can be the star of the show.
For Peppa, the ideal home would have a secure yard with a fence that doesn't have a gap she could slip through. A wily little adventurer, she’s known for being nimble and curious, so a secure garden or limited outdoor access is ideal. While she enjoys a bit of exploration, she truly cherishes companionship and will be your devoted lap warmer, ready to snuggle at a moment's notice.
Residing currently in Red Hill, Peppa is seeking a forever home with loving parents who appreciate her feisty terrier spirit. Her adoption fee is $695, which is a small price for the endless love and joy she’ll bring into your life. Peppa is ready to become a cherished member of your family—are you ready to welcome her into your home?

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
🐱 Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the pet’s bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
An adoption fee applies to each animal to cover only the basic veterinary procedures, and each adoption goes out on a 21 day settling in period, if the dog is returned in this period, and you’ve spoken to our trainer for assistance, and the dog is returned in good health, mentally and physically, and all their belongings and paperwork are returned, then we provide a refund less $50 admin fee (per dog) . This is not a trial, but in case of any unknown or unforeseen circumstances.
The adoption process is as follows
✅Everyone that lives in the home will meet the dog with the carer
✅We ask everyone go home again and discuss and think about overnight and contact us the next day
✅This also gives the carer a chance to think about suitability
✅Then if everyone agrees we then require a home inspection, or at least photos of the home yard and fences.
✅Then the adoption fee is paid and once that clears our account you are free to arrange with the carer to collect
✅The adoption paperwork comes out in 14 days in which time you are required to register and change chip over
