About Timmy
Meet Timmy, the adorable and spirited little canine companion who's ready to join an active and loving household. Timmy is a scruffy Jack Russell Terrier mix, weighing in at a petite 6.2 kg, and with a birth date around August 1, 2024, he's still bubbling with youthful energy and curiosity. His small stature and big heart make him a delightful companion for anyone looking for a pet with a dash of charm and a hearty dose of playfulness.
Timmy absolutely loves going on walks and explores his surroundings with an eagerness that's contagious. Despite his curious nature, he's a perfect gentleman on the lead, strolling alongside as though he's lived a thousand walks before. His inquisitive demeanor will have you venturing out as often as possible, making it the perfect opportunity for family activities or afternoon strolls in the park.
Although his toilet training status is still developing and he hasn't been good with cats, Timmy's behavior at the shelter shows he's ready for a home used to the lively JRT energy. He's been a friendly addition to the shelter's crew, getting along famously with the other dogs. If you're familiar with the dynamic and buoyant nature of Jack Russell Terriers, Timmy offers an amazing opportunity to have a spirited little bloke by your side.
If you're searching for a sweet, curious, and delightful dog that thrives on outdoor adventures and family fun, Timmy could be the perfect match for your active lifestyle. He's a joyful little explorer with a heart full of potential, waiting to find his new family.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
