Meet Diamond: Your New Best Friend and Professional Cuddler!
After doing the hard work of raising a beautiful litter of puppies, our resident "Super Mum" Diamond is officially hanging up her parenting hat and looking for a couch to call her own.
Diamond is a 4-year-old Staffy who truly lives up to her name—she’s a rare gem with a heart made of pure gold. If you’ve been looking for a shadow to follow you from room to room (and perhaps "help" you with the washing), your search ends here.
Her favorite hobbies include:
* Professional Snuggling: She is a world-class couch companion.
* The Staffy Smile: Greeting you with a wiggly tail and a huge grin every time you walk through the door.
* Walkies: loves a trot through the neighbourhood, with minimal sniff stops.
* Life Participation: Whether you’re cooking dinner or watching a movie, Diamond wants to be right in the thick of it.
Diamond thrives on routine. While she can get a little "FOMO" (Fear Of Missing Out) when her humans leave the house, she has shown incredible progress in her foster home. She might fuss for a few minutes, but with the structure and love she’s receiving, she’s learning that her humans always come back.
She's got her basic training nailed - knows how to sit and wait for her food and will go into her crate on command. She walks well on lead with a halti.
Diamond has spent so much time caring for others that she’s now looking for a home where she can be the center of attention. As she's been a protective mum of young pups we haven't had a chance to properly test her interactions with other dogs. Whilst out on walks she is not reactive to them, however she is not interested in meeting them either.
Her ideal setup includes:
* The Only Child Life: Diamond prefers to be your one-and-only dog. She wants all the treats and head scratches for herself!
* Homebodies Welcome: She would love a family where someone is home more often than not.
* Inclusion: A family that views a dog as a true family member and will include her in daily adventures.
Is there a Diamond-shaped hole on your couch?
Diamond is $350 to adopt and comes desexed, microchipped, C5 vaccinated, HW tested (negative), and given flea/tick/worm prevention.

Medical notes
Has had itchy skin in the past but cleared up with antihistamines and a course of steroid injections. It may or may not require ongoing management - it may have been pregnancy related.
