This gorgeous boy is officially on the hunt for his forever family, and he is more than ready to steal somebody’s heart.

Davey is sweet, affectionate, gentle and kind. He has been living with children aged 5 and 7, as well as a bunch of other dogs, and he has been an absolute gentleman with all.

He adores being part of the action and would love a home where he’s included in everything — school drop offs, weekend adventures, coffee runs, gardening, movie nights, beach walks, camping trips... if his people are there, Davey is all in.

Davey missed out on the crucial exposure a puppy requires so he can be a bit sensitive in new environments. Every day things like big stairs and busy, loud places can be a bit overwhelming at first.
With a kind human beside him, a pocket full of treats and a cheerful demeanor, Davey gets his brave on and has a go. With some understanding and a little patience building his confidence he will soon blossom. He's honestly the sweetest boy and watching him try hard to tackle new things is heartwarming.

Being a VERY food motivated boy makes Davey an absolute dream to train. (And definitely helps with taking his mind off new things) Treats are the way to this boy’s heart and he is so eager to please. He’s still learning all the important doggo life skills, but he already walks beautifully on lead and is happy to cruise along at your pace, whether that’s a relaxed wander or a big family adventure.

Zoomies, play sessions, happy tail wags and napping with his doggy mates are some of his favourite things in the whole world. A home with another friendly dog would make Davey’s heart so incredibly happy.

Davey is sweet, loving, funny, affectionate and just the loveliest little soul. He’s the type of dog who will make you smile every single day — whether he’s proudly learning something new, snuggled beside you on the couch, or looking at you like you are the greatest thing that’s ever happened to him.

All Davey wants is a family to call his own. A family who will love him, include him, believe in him and remind him every day that he is safe, wanted and home.
