About Sunny - Your Ray Of Sunshine
This gorgeous little soul is sweet, affectionate and incredibly loving. He has the gentlest nature and would be the perfect fit for almost any household.
Sunny was well loved by his previous family but sadly a family member developed serious allergies to him so they inevitably made the tough decision to find him a new home.
He comes from a loving household and has a lot of love to give.
Sunny can be a little shy at first and will take a moment to warm up in his new home but once he gets to know you it will be all purrs and cuddles. He has settled into his foster home very quickly and adores his foster mum and his foster brother Jasper but is still a little wary of new people.
As a young man little Sunny has plenty of energy to burn so we would love to find him a high energy environment with a lot going on so that he he plenty of access to play.
Sunny is also incredibly social and LOOOOVES other cats so we would love to find him a home with a cat-friendly cat around his age who he can get into mischief with. Since Sunny has arrived, he and Jasper have been joined at the hip and can always be found together playing, wrestling or grooming each other.
When he's not getting into mischief with Jasper, Sunny is an affectionate little man who loves a pat, loves a cuddle and would be happy to snooze the night away on your bed.
Sunny comes from a household with young kids and with his gentle nature we think he would make a great family cat.
If you already have a friendly cat and are looking to get them a companion to play and wrestle with then look no further as Sunny is a perfect companion.
Sunny is approximately 10 months old and has been desexed, microchipped and vaccinated and is available for adoption right meow.

A little about us:
Urban Feline Australia is a newly established cat rescue service, run by one passionate individual with the help of friends and volunteers, that is dedicated to keeping cats out of kill shelters and helping them find loving forever homes. We specialize in helping "surrenders" which are cats that have lived with humans previously but for one reason or another their owners are unfortunately no longer able to look after them. We take your pets into our amazing cat sanctuary where they're treated with love and affection until the right forever home is found for them.
Urban Feline Australia is not a large company with government resources, a large facility and a lot of staff. Our tiny rescue is a one man operation run from the safety of our own home. We do this for the love of animals and our only agenda is to save as many cats as we can. We rely heavily on cooperation from friends, other rescues, our amazing foster carers and the kindness of strangers to survive. Every cent we receive from donations and adoption fees is used to keep our rescue running and cover the cost of food, water, litter, equipment and vet bills for the animals in our care.
We are doing as much as we can right now but our dream is to one day be able to purchase a larger property or facility that would allow us to be able to save the lives of many more cats in need. Perhaps even open a cat cafe so that we can spread our message to a wider audience.

Adoption details
We try to make things very easy and straight forward while at the same time making sure we are matching the right cat to the right home.
The first step in the adoption process is a quick chat over the phone to make you are able meet the cats needs and your home is a good fit for the cats personality.
From there we will organize a meet and greet the cats foster home where you will be able to see the cat in action and get a gauge of their personality.
Once you have adopted you new furry feline friend we offer ongoing support and you are welcome to contact us anytime if you have questions, concerns or need advice.
We work hard to make sure that each cat is a good fit for their new home but in the unlikely even that things do not work out we have a 21 day cooling off period and you are more than welcome to return the cat to us during that time.
We will happily refund 50% of the adoption fee or you are welcome to donate this refund to assist with the ongoing cost of the animals care.
