Meet this sweet little lady — Roxy - a gentle soul looking for her forever home
At 8 years old, this quiet female Fox Terrier has a calm and affectionate nature that makes her the perfect companion for a quiet relaxed household. She’s past the puppy chaos and has settled into a peaceful rhythm, enjoying the simple things in life: a cozy bed, a sunny spot by the window, and the company of someone who cares. Roxy startles easily at some noises.

She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but with patience and kindness, her loving personality truly shines. Once she trusts you, she’ll happily stay by your side, offering quiet companionship and the occasional wag of her tail to show how much she adores you.

Roxy is toilet trained and sleeps peacefully in her own bed in her carer's bedroom. Her favourite place is cuddled up next to you on the lounge. Roxy does not need long walks and would prefer a short stroll. She is fine with other dogs but would be happy as an only dog or with another older quiet dog or two but definitely no cats.

Roxy is fine with children but as she likes her peace and quiet so would prefer not to live with them.

She would do best in a calm home where she can feel safe and secure — ideally with someone who understands that she may need a little time to adjust. She’s low-maintenance, well-mannered, and appreciates a gentle routine.
