Introducing Jeffrey 🖤
Jeffrey is an energetic and sociable boy, ready to be someone's new best friend.Â
This gorgeous grey tabby started out on the streets but has truly come into his own since being in foster care.Â
He is silly, chatty, and loves to play, but also loves to cuddle up on the couch or in your lap as you work. Wherever you are, Jeffrey is soon to follow, imparting his wisdom along the way (such as "mrrp", "aaa", "eee" and "awawawa").
Coming from a house with two other foster sisters, Jeffrey has always been friendly and playful with other cats. He loves running, climbing, and hide and seek, but hasn't quite gotten the hang of jumping. His fosterers think his clumsy attempts are very cute, though!
Jeffrey's favourite toys are little toy mice, which he likes to chase, and packing paper which he loves to jump around on. He also loves playing with people and other cats.Â
Aside from playing, Jeffrey's favourite thing to do is eat. The best way to this kitten's heart is his stomach, and treats are sure to endear you to him quickly!Â
We think Jeffrey is a great choice for any first-time cat owner, existing cat owner, or family with kids, due to his playful and easygoing nature, and his love of treats.
Jeffrey is currently in foster care in Earlwood.
Adoption details
STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW: I will come desexed, vaccinated (1st F3) and microchipped and will have up to date worm and flea treatments.
ADOPTING ME: You must be able to provide me with a loving long term and safe home. I would be fine in an apartment as long as I didn't have free run of the balcony if it wasn't fully enclosed. Please ensure your house or apartment can contain a cat inside (ie fly screens etc).
Please remember that I have thought seriously about taking you on and when you take me home, I am committing to you for life. So, I hope you have thought seriously about this and are likewise planning on committing to me.
ABOUT YOU: Given you know all about me, my foster parents would like to know something about who my new parents are going to be. They have rescued me and have given me a lot of care and love. I know they love me and therefore want the best for me.
ABOUT US: AWL Western Suburbs branch wants to promote adoptions of cats from our foster carers & pounds. If you would like to help us, please feel free to contact us and find out how you may assist, including being a foster parent.
All adoptions will require a Pre-adoption application form completed and returned prior to a meet & greet with our cats. Please note that several people may be applying for the same cat so we need time to review all applicants. We do not re-home to the first to apply, we re-home to who best suits the needs of the cat or kitten. All applications will be considered individually and approval will be at the discretion of the AWL NSW Branch Representative, with their decision being final.
