About Luca
Meet Luca, a vivacious Lab mix with a zest for life and an endless enthusiasm for play! This dynamic boy is the definition of fun and energy, and if there's a game of fetch or a chance to splash around in the water, you can count him in! While Luca's playful drive is bound to keep the fun alive, he also knows how to chill out and recharge, ready for the next adventure with his human.
Luca enjoys playing with toys, much to the staff's delight at the facility. He's been known to enthusiastically "select" his favorites from the toy basket, often proudly displaying two toys in his mouth at once to show everyone his excellent taste! With a friendly demeanor towards all people he meets, Luca thrives on human interaction and is eager to build a strong bond with his new family.
Given his previous experiences, Luca needs to be the only dog in the home, where he can soak up all the love and attention his heart desires without worry. His playful and inquisitive nature makes him a delightful companion, and he's sure to fill your days with laughter and love. Though his barks echo in his kennel when he's excited for a ball toss, Luca is an intelligent boy who's more than willing to learn and adapt with some training.
As a bonus, a professional trainer offers a free post-adoption training consult for Luca’s new family if adopted within the Newcastle area, ensuring he smoothly transitions into his new home.
If you're searching for an outgoing and loyal companion who will bring joy and energy into your life, Luca is excited to meet you and embark on countless adventures together!

The adoption fee for all animals is $75 + all veterinary costs which are determined once your animal is booked in for desexing and will be discussed with you at that time.
We encourage potential adopters to meet specific animals. If you already have a dog and wish to adopt another, we require a 'Meet and Greet' session at the facility to ensure compatibility. Please contact us to make an appointment.
All animals adopted from our facility come:
