About Bear
Meet Bear, a gentle and affectionate dog who’s ready to win your heart with his warm personality. Though he may be a bit timid at first, Bear quickly reveals his sweet and curious nature with a little patience and understanding.
Bear thrives in a calm home with someone who can give him the time and space he needs to adjust. He's a great fit for a household with other dogs when introductions are done slowly and positively. Bear is already toilet trained and knows his basic commands, making him all set to join a new family. With a secure fence, he'll happily explore his backyard.
While Bear is a bit shy around other dogs, he responds well to gradual socialisation. He might occasionally show some resource guarding, but with careful introductions, he can happily share his space with other canine companions. His eagerness to learn means that he'll soon discover the joys of playtime.

If you own another dog, you must bring them along to make sure all dogs get along.
As our goal is to adopt animals out from the shelter into loving homes as fast as possible, multiple bookings may be made for the same animal.
We are not able to hold any animals for any reason.
As such, there is a possibility that the animal you may have found a forever home before your appointment. If this is the case we will inform you by phone call as soon as possible.
