About Zona
Meet your new best mate! 🐾
This 4-month-old Kelpie pup is everything you'd expect from the breed-bright, busy, and bursting with personality. He's a happy, energetic boy who loves to be on the move, whether that's zooming around the yard, playing with toys, or exploring the world by your side.
True to his Kelpie nature, he's incredibly smart and eager to please. He's already showing great potential to learn quickly and will absolutely thrive with consistent training and guidance. He enjoys having a "job" to do, even if that's just learning new tricks or engaging in fun enrichment activities at home.
Social and friendly, he gets along well with other dogs and would likely enjoy having a canine companion to play with. He's still very much a puppy, so he'll need ongoing training, patience, and plenty of positive experiences as he grows.
If you're looking for a loyal, intelligent, and energetic companion who's ready to learn and be part of your everyday adventures, this little guy could be the perfect fit.
Ready to put in the time and reap the rewards? He's ready to meet you! 🐶

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
