River is a beautiful two-year-old Kelpie x Dachshund with a fun-loving spirit and a heart full of energy. She’s playful, curious, and absolutely loves her toys — whether it’s a game of fetch or entertaining herself, she’s always on the move and ready for fun.
River would make the perfect companion for an active person or family. She thrives on exercise and would love to be your daily walking or running buddy. Even better, she’s the kind of dog who would happily join you on all of life’s adventures — from beach trips to bush walks and everything in between.
With her lively personality and enthusiasm for life, River is sure to bring plenty of joy and excitement to her forever home. She’s looking for someone who can match her energy and include her in their everyday activities.

River is in foster care in Newcastle, NSW. She is available for adoption interstate. Her adoption fee is $600 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
(2) If the questionnaire is approved, we will arrange a property check so we
can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) Next, we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster
carer's home or at a nearby park.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay the adoption fee*, sign the NSW change of ownership form and our DRN Adoption Agreement and take your new family member home! The two week trial period begins on the day of adoption.
*We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal
cheques.
