About 11374 - Chai
☕️🦋 INTRODUCING CHAI 🦋☕️
Nature
Chai is sweet and affectionate, an absolute smoocher who loves a belly rub and could spend all day lying on your lap. She is a stunning Ragdoll, beautiful in her temperament and has been a well loved family pet her entire life.
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
Chai would be best suited to a home without loud young children or loud noises, and somewhere where she can be the center of attention.
Chai would be best suited as an only cat who can have the rule of the roost and enjoy all the attention.
She has not been tested with dogs.
Likes / Dislikes
✅ Raw chicken and tuna
✅ Belly rubs, head scratches, any pats in general
✅ Feathers and cat toys
✅ Sunlight, especially if it shines on a comfy bed
✅ Blankets
❌ Young children
❌ Loud noises
My PURR-fect home would be a quiet one with no young children, where I can be the queen and center of attention. I would happily follow you from room to room and sleep at your feet or on your desk while you work or potter. Somewhere where laps are available to lie on daily and where I can get a good brush twice a week. No other cats please, I prefer to be on my own!
Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

11374 - Chai
Gender: Female
Breed: Ragdoll
Colour: Mitted Seal Point
DOB: 26/01/2017
Adoption Fee: $150
Medical Notes: Chai previously had two bladder stones removed and has recovered well; however, she experiences occasional (approximately once weekly) urinary incontinence while asleep on bedding. She also has small kidney stones (nephroliths) in the left kidney and a very early stone forming in the right kidney, which are currently non-obstructive and not causing any blockage or discomfort. Ongoing management is recommended to help prevent stone growth or new formation, including feeding a vet-recommended urinary diet, encouraging good hydration (wet food and fresh water access), and routine veterinary check-ups to monitor kidney health.
Chai will need to be monitored for any signs of difficulty urinating, or blood in her urine, and requires a low-stress home with no young children. Chai is currently on fluoxetine 2.5 mg once daily; this may be able to be gradually weaned as she settles into a calm, low-stress home environment.
🐾 Perth Rescue Angels recommends Advantage and Advocate from Elanco Animal Health for all of your new furry family members’ flea and worming needs.
