Gus

Gus is a Dachshund cross. We suspect there may be some Labrador in there somewhere, but we can’t say for certain. What we do know is that Gus is an absolute dude who enjoys being around everyone he meets. He especially loves playing with his best mate Oscar and the two of them are always up for a good wrestle or game.

Gus has been around children as young as 10 months old. As he is still a puppy, he can be a little jumpy and excitable at times, but with continued training and guidance this is something that will improve as he grows.

At feeding time Gus can be a bit snappy around other dogs and tends to scoff his food down very quickly. Because of this, feeding separately from other dogs would be the best option to keep everyone comfortable and safe.

Gus is currently not good with cats, however with slow, careful introductions and the right guidance, we believe this is something that could improve over time.

Gus will benefit greatly from continued socialisation and positive training so he can grow into the well-rounded dog we know he has the potential to be
