About Mischa
Mischa is a beautiful 2-year-old Miniature Dachshund with a big heart and a gentle nature. She is incredibly affectionate and thrives on human companionship. Mischa loves cuddles, enjoys being close to her people, and will happily follow you around the house just to be near you. One of her most striking features is her heterochromia—she has one blue eye and one brown, making her truly unique.
Mischa would do best in a calm, quiet home. She is currently used to living with one person and would likely thrive with a single person, a couple, or a family with older, gentle children.
While she enjoys human company, Mischa can be anxious in new situations and around unfamiliar people, so she’ll need a patient and understanding owner to help her build confidence at her own pace.
She is a little unsure around other dogs, especially larger ones, and would benefit from continued gentle support and positive experiences. She currently lives with a cat and tolerates them but prefers to keep her distance.
Mischa is not used to being left alone for long periods and should not be left for more than 4 hours at a time. She is generally quiet but will give a small warning bark when someone comes to the door.
She is toilet trained, though she may occasionally have the odd accident indoors.
