Riggs

Riggs is a smoocher with lots of love to give it his new family. He was born in care and has never spent a day outside in his life, so he needs to be kept indoors. This is also one of the conditions in our adoption agreement.
Riggs is a sweet boy who likes to have lots of playful little adventures with his siblings around the house and he wouldn’t mind having a kitty friend in his new home.
