About Lovey
Meet Lovey, a tender 7-month-old soul looking for a peaceful, indoor-only sanctuary to call her own. This sweet girl is a masterpiece of quiet beauty who prefers to blossom at her own pace. While she isn't a fan of being over-handled or picked up, Lovey will happily settle in nearby once she feels secure. She is looking for a patient home with a family that understands it may take a little while to settle in. If you're looking for the magic key to her heart, a soft brush is all you need; she would love a regular grooming session to keep her looking her best! With a little space and a lot of respect for her boundaries, Lovey's shy exterior will fade in time, revealing the radiant, loyal companion she was always meant to be.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
