About Angel (68218)
Angel is definitely a people dog. She is affectionate and engaging with people she meets. Unfortunately Angel found herself at GAWS due to her owners ill health. In her previous home Angel was an indoor/ outdoor dog, was house trained and used a doggy door, loved engaging with children, enjoyed the beach, was settled around the home, travelled well in the car, and had no major bad behaviour. Things that Angel may require in her new home is some weight loss and daily exercise, to practice her lead skills, learn not to jump up when excited, and to manage herself in a more calm manner around other dogs. Angel lacks experience with dog socializing and can get rude and pushy, so she needs to be an on-lead girl. Angel is best as the only dog in the home. Since short stay in a foster home it has been established Angel is not suited to living with cats, but was an 'angel' in ever other respect. If you are seeking and lovable Lab, Angel may be your gal.
