🐶 Slinky is a small boy with a big pupanality.
👫 He idolises the children (3-11yrs) in his foster family who give all the cuddles and attention he needs + more.
🐶He's learnt to socialise with the other dogs in the home from pups to mature dogs 3+ yrs.
😺Slinky is learning to socialise and accept the 2 cats in the home through leash training, and can be too loving but with continued training he could slot into a home with a dog savvy cat. He is unsure about the resident sheep and can’t work out what they are! 🐑
🦴 Slinky is learning to play with toys and is eager to chase a ball or chew on the squeaky toys until he is exhausted and finds a vacant bed or lap to curl up on and have a nap to be ready to go again.
☑️ Slinky is eager to learn and now sits for his meal and treats. 🐕🦺 He's walking brilliantly on a lead but will need more socialising outside the home to learn not to be afraid.
🥎He will keep his forever family in stitches watching this little man's legs run and play!
😍Slinky doesn't like to be left alone for long so if you’re home more often than not, have a lap that is free for him to sit on and a heart ready to be fulfilled with all the love this boy has to offer then YOU could be his forever. Slinky will follow you everywhere and be your pup mate for life🐾🐶💞

🐥 While under the care of Willow Tree Sanctuary, our dogs are desexed (at the right age) microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm tested (6 months+), treated monthly for parasites and have any other necessary vet treatment required.
Note: We recommend all pups and their adopters attend puppy and obedience training to give them the opportunity to become the best versions of themselves 🙌

Adoption details
Steps to finding you forever friend:
1. Complete adoption application via our website for be reviewed for suitability.
2. If approved, contact will be made to arrange for a meet and greet.
3. Invoice and adoption email to applicant.
4. Meet & greet takes place.
5. If successful, vet history & waiver document, and contract is sent to applicant.
6. Applicant is required to view the Adoption Contract online and sign.
7. Applicant is required to pay the full adoption fee.
8. Once steps 1-7 have been completed, the animal can commence trial.
9. After trial is complete, confirmation email and microchip form will be sent to the applicant.
