About Turtle
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
Turtle is a friendly kitten with the sweetest big eyes! He loves to play and has always been around people so quickly warms up. Turtle adores all kitten toys and will keep you amused with his antics. Reach out to meet Turtle and his brothers to see who might be the perfect fit for your family.
My Ideal Home:
Turtle would love to be rehomed with one of his brothers (Dingo or Fin). If he is rehomed as a solo kitten, he will need someone who is around a lot so he doesn't get lonely. Turtle will need a few toys and some playtime each day. As with all Hunter Animal Rescue cats, he needs to be rehomed as indoor only or in a secure cat enclosure.
What is Known About My Background:
Turtle came into care from the pound with his mum and 4 siblings. He has thrived in foster care and is desexed, microchipped and up to date with his vaccinations and parasite treatment - ready for his forever home!
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
Turtle likes other cats - he'd love to be rehomed with one of his brothers (Dingo or Fin) or another friendly cat. Being a kitten, he would probably be okay with a cat friendly dog. Turtle would love to play with children.

Adoption details
Applicants will be required to complete and submit an Adoption form from https://www.hunteranimalrescue.com.au
HAR uses the details in this form to select the most appropriate family for our animals. This form allows us to get to know you, your home, your family, lifestyle and level of experience with pets.
Adoptions are NOT approved on a first come first served basis. The adoption process can be lengthy by the time we process all expressions of interest.
HAR Adoption Process
1- Carer will assess and arrange a meet and greet with suitable applicants.
2- If the meet and greet is successful, a yard/home inspection is conducted.
3- If your yard/home passes inspection, the adoption fee is paid, paperwork completed and a 2 week trial period is arranged.
4- On successful completion of the trial period HAR will submit paperwork to Local Council for processing.
Adoption fee includes:- mandatory de-sexing, microchip, vaccination, vet check, flea and worm treatment.
