Baguette

Baguette is a classic playful puppy who is ready to find a home committed to guiding him through all the fun (and chaos!) of puppyhood. He is very food-motivated and happily takes treats gently from the hand, though he can get a little excited and will jump up on handlers in his enthusiasm. He is a little bit timid at first, but he quickly comes back for snacks and interaction. Bagguette has no formal training yet, but his love of food will make training a great bonding activity. As a young puppy he hasn't started walks yet and will need help learning leash skills, along with plenty of positive experiences to build his confidence.

Baguette will grow into a large, active dog and will need adopters who are ready for PUPPY energy - think toilet training, teething, learning calm behaviours, and lots of guidance as he grows. He is currently under-socialised with other dogs, so gradual, positive introductions and puppy classes are strongly recommended to help him build appropriate social skills. He may be able to go to a home with a dog in it, pending a meet and greet. A secure yard, routine, and ongoing reward-based training will help him thrive. With patient, committed owners who can support his development through puppy classes, socialisation, and training, Bagguette has all the potential to grow into a wonderful, confident companion.
