About Frodo
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
Frodo is a sweet playful boy who is quite shy to begin with but once he’s gained his confidence he will fit right in. He loves fluffy blankets that he can cuddle up next to you and do his weird little quirk of suckling on them. He’s also starting to get a very unique coat pattern called “salt and pepper” were some of his black hairs are turning white.
My Ideal Home:
Frodo’s ideal home would be with someone who understands that he may take a little bit of time to come around. Preferably a more quiet house hold that will be easier for him to adjust to.
What is Known About My Background:
Frodo and his 3 siblings, Sam Wise, Pippin and Mary were all handed into the local animal shelter very underweight and scared. They have all adjusted very well to living their new lives of luxury inside being spoiled with lots of cuddles and regular meals.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
Frodo would do better in a household that has older kids who will understand that they will need to have a little bit of patience with him. He would also do well with other pets as he has shown some real confidence when meeting new animals.

Adoption details
Applicants will be required to complete and submit an Adoption form from https://www.hunteranimalrescue.com.au
HAR uses the details in this form to select the most appropriate family for our animals. This form allows us to get to know you, your home, your family, lifestyle and level of experience with pets.
Adoptions are NOT approved on a first come first served basis. The adoption process can be lengthy by the time we process all expressions of interest.
HAR Adoption Process
1- Carer will assess and arrange a meet and greet with suitable applicants.
2- If the meet and greet is successful, a yard/home inspection is conducted.
3- If your yard/home passes inspection, the adoption fee is paid, paperwork completed and a 2 week trial period is arranged.
4- On successful completion of the trial period HAR will submit paperwork to Local Council for processing.
Adoption fee includes:- mandatory de-sexing, microchip, vaccination, vet check, flea and worm treatment.
