About Romeo
This 2-year-old Chocolate Labrador is exactly what you'd expect from the breed: bouncy, playful, affectionate... and just a tiny bit ditsy in the most lovable way possible. Romeo approaches life with the enthusiasm of someone who thinks every day is the best day ever. Walk time? Best day ever. Dinner time? Best day ever. You walked past him and made eye contact? BEST. DAY. EVER.
Romeo is the kind of dog who brings a smile wherever he goes. He's always ready for a game, a cuddle, or the chance to enthusiastically investigate absolutely everything in his surroundings. Like many young Labs, he's still working on his foundation skills, but the good news is Romeo is very motivated by tasty snacks and positive reinforcement. With a bit of guidance and consistency, he'll happily learn the ropes while showing off his signature goofy charm.
This handsome boy is in lovely body condition, and we'd love to see him stay nice and lean with the right balance of good food, exercise, and adventures. After all, there are many important Labrador activities to keep up with - including zoomies, toy collecting, and making sure no crumb goes unnoticed.
Romeo would make a wonderful family dog and could happily share his home with another friendly canine companion. In fact, he would likely enjoy having a doggy buddy around, as he hasn't been the biggest fan of spending time alone in the yard. A home where someone is around often, or where he has a canine friend to keep him company, would help him continue building confidence with alone time.
Romeo hasn't been tested with cats, so any introductions would need to be done slowly and thoughtfully.
If you're looking for a happy, goofy, tail-wagging companion who will keep you laughing and remind you to enjoy the little things in life (like snacks), Romeo could be your perfect match.
Please phone ahead to make a time to meet Romeo to avoid disappointment - we have a feeling this lovable boy is going to be in very high demand! 🐾
