About Bread
Bread 🍞
Meet Bread, a sweet and gentle soul searching for a quiet home where he can truly settle in and feel safe. Bread is a timid loaf with an easygoing nature, a love for food, and a curious side that slowly shines through once he’s comfortable. With time and patience, he enjoys quietly keeping you company during calm moments around the house.
Life in the shelter has been a little overwhelming for Bread, as he thrives best in peaceful, low stress environments. He’s a reserved boy who prefers to take things at his own pace and will often observe the world from the comfort of a cosy hiding spot before deciding to join in.
Bread prefers all of his interactions with all four paws firmly on the ground and appreciates gentle, respectful handling. When meeting Bread, interactions may be limited at first while he builds trust and confidence with new people. One thing that helps win Bread over is food, this boy absolutely loves his meals and treats!
Bread would greatly benefit from a home with another calm, friendly cat to help build his confidence and show him the routines of home life. Once settled, his gentle personality and quiet companionship make him a very rewarding cat to earn the trust of.
Bread’s ideal home:
• A quiet, low-stress home
• Another calm, friendly cat companion
• No young children
• Humans with patience and understanding
• Indoor-only home
Bread is looking for a calm, patient home where he can feel safe, loved, and understood.
