Meet Elin, a confident and experienced young mum ready to embark on a new chapter of her life. Having successfully raised eight kittens, three of whom made the journey with her and her sister from a rural town, Warrnambool in Victoria to 2nd Chance Cat Rescue, Elin has proved herself to be nurturing and resilient.
Elin has a loving personality and thrives on human attention. She enjoys being patted, often purring contentedly as she lounges in the sun. Treats are her ultimate delight, and she never hesitates to show her appreciation with affectionate gestures. While Elin has primarily been around other cats, sheâs curious about new environments and could blossom with the right introduction and space.
Elin's journey from the country to the care of rescue has prepared her to embrace new beginnings. Her ideal home is one filled with love, where she can continue to receive ample pats. It's unclear how she would interact with dogs, so a thoughtful introduction would be necessary if there are furry friends of the canine kind in her new family.
If you're searching for a confident and loving companion who has shown boundless love and devotion, Elin is ready to be your cherished pet. She promises to bring warmth and companionship to the lucky family that welcomes her.

Our Adoption Fees are as follows:
· Kittens (1 vaccination): $400
· Kittens (2 vaccinations): $450
· Adult & Adolescent Cats (9+ months): $280
· Breed cats will be listed with a separate adoption fee based on their individual profile.
This also includes:
· A take home pack for your kitty
· We transfer the Change of Ownership, free of charge into your name

We ask that you complete an Adoption Questionnaire before we make arrangements for you to meet a cat or kitten. This is to ensure that we find the best possible match for you and the cats/kittens in our care.
PROCEDURE
1. Complete the online application by following http://www.2ndchancecatrescue.com.au/adopting/adoption-form
2. If your application is successful, we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet.
Please note that the adoption fee as stated on the cat's profile is required on the day of adoption and we accept cash bank transfer or Pay ID.

2nd Chance Cat Rescue is a home-based rescue group and most of our volunteers are working full-time so we hope that you understand that it may take 1-2 days to get back to you.
