Benji

24/6 Our little Benji is growing up in to a fine young man! He is very impressionable and when he is out on his own or with other calm, well mannered dogs then that is exactly what he is, when he is with his Malinois friend of the same age he is quite the WWF wrestler with malfunctioning ears! His leash walking is going very well and he's incredibly attentive in his solo training sessions. He also does really well long lining through the bush, checking in and responding to "this way" to stop getting tangled in trees. Benji is food motivated but also loves to be told what a good job he's doing and wriggles in delight with praise and a chest rub.
Benji would do really well in a family with older kids who want to carry on with his training - he loves to know what to do and what is expected of him, sometimes he overthinks things if he doesn't know what to do so clear and calm guidance makes him really happy and settled.

Benji is a sweet little soul, a bit more reserved than his brother Bennie and sister Beneca he is initially a little shy but once he knows you he will enthusiastically greet you waggling his whole body. He responds well to gentle guidance and positive reinforcement and is progressing with his leash walking, recall and learning to sit and wait. He gives the best cuddles and has beautiful soft eyes that go along with his gentle nature.
