About Angelica
Meet our beautiful ginger lady - a confident, affectionate companion who's ready to bring warmth and personality into her forever home.
This adult girl knows exactly who she is and isn't shy about it. She absolutely loves being around people and will happily make herself the center of your world (and your living room!). Whether you're relaxing on the couch, working from home, or moving about the house, she'll be right there beside you - or more accurately, weaving between your legs and gently nudging you for attention.
Affection is her love language. Expect plenty of head bumps, soft purring, and constant companionship. She's the kind of cat who will greet you at the door, follow you from room to room, and remind you-frequently-that she deserves another pat (and then another, just to be sure). If you're looking for a quiet, independent cat, she's probably not the one. But if you want a devoted, people-loving shadow, she's absolutely perfect.
She would thrive in a home where she can be part of the daily action and receive all the love she craves. In return, she'll fill your home with affection, charm, and a comforting presence that makes every day a little brighter.
If you're searching for a loyal companion who will truly be there with you, this gorgeous ginger girl is ready to claim her place in your heart - and on your lap.
To book a meet and greet with Angelica please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal. Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
