About Chief
Chief is a fun, active boy who is ready to find a home that matches his energy and enthusiasm for life. He's not the biggest fan of being in his kennel and will happily let you know when he'd rather be out and about-he's just eager to be part of the action and close to his people.
Once he's out in the yard, you'll see a completely different side of him. Chief settles beautifully, seeks out attention, and truly enjoys spending time with the people around him. He has a lovely, affectionate nature and is happiest when he's included.
Chief is also a very smart young dog who loves to learn, especially when treats are involved. He already knows sit, down, and touch, and would thrive with a family who can continue to build on his skills and keep his mind engaged with training and fun activities.
He would do best in an active home where he can get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Chief may be happy living with another dog, pending a successful meet and greet. He hasn't had experience with cats so any introductions would need to be done slowly and thoughtfully.
Chief is going to make a wonderful companion for the right family-one that can give him the time, guidance, and love he's looking for.
